Prioritize fortune 500 companies in junior and sophomore summer, prioritize learning opportunities (startups, personal projects) in freshman, sophomore summer. Get a return offer from your junior summer if possible, full-time recruitment is a lot harsher than internships.

Practice really is the key here, you get better each time you mock, watch someone mock, or go into an interview yourself. Everyone will go through the process of getting dozens if not hundreds of rejections until your first interviews. After getting a handful of interviews, you may get really hurt by some of these rejections where you spent days/weeks prepping for. But you cancel and continue, you polish your resume for the 10th time, chug in job descriptions to chatgpt to write you a personalized cover letter, and you continually improve every day! In the end, after 200+ applications, 5~10+ interviews, you are a PM Yoda.
